Unable to load .DLL files / Instance of the application already running

If you are getting one of these errors:

1. unable to load .dll files
2. an instance of the application is already running
3. Magic Keys gets detached from the chart 

You might just need to install both vc_redist files from the "Extra folder", inside the directory that you downloaded from our website (check the picture below to understand where they are located).

Those are official Microsoft patch installer that will add the missing libraries.
Also make sure that you have allowed DLL import during the configuration process.
